Sound familiar?

  • 🤔

Your often feel completely overwhelmed, have trouble staying consistently productive, and you quickly feel like things are too much

  • 🤫

You struggle saying 'no' to customers - on the one hand because you love going the extra mile for them but deep down also because you're scared they might leave if you don't

  • 🫣

Questions from clients are always picked up first and supersede your own to do's - even if it overhauls your entire planning and prevents you from working on your business yet again

  • 🫠

You lose yourself so completely in your work that you are wiped out once you sign off leaving you with hardly any energy to have a meal or take care of your household

  • 😓

You feel guilty when you haven't worked for a day, or even an hour, even though you started your own business to finally control your own time

  • 😶

You keep overworking so your productivity doesn't fall - and secretly you keep going because you know that if you stop, you will crash entirely

Time to reclaim your workday and find a way of working that truly supports you

The Boss Your Business system in 3 steps

1 - Awareness

Become aware of how you feel when you're working. Do you know when you've reached your limits? Can you tell which tasks bring you energy and which cost energy? How can you keep checking in with yourself?

2 - Energy-driven planning

No day is the same when it comes to energy so learn to keep track of your energy, adjust your planning accordingly and finally break those patterns that keep burning you out.

3 - Sustainable productivity

Now that you've found a way of working that works for you, make sure you can sustain this new system. Learn to find friction in your work, adjust your processes accordingly, and most of all stay mild as you learn to navigate this new way of working.
